Each of our leadership courses is designed as part of a comprehensive 5-step process. While some programs can be undertaken independently, others are most effective when completed in sequence to maximise their impact.

Step 1
Profile and Feedback Session
The Integrity and Values Profiling tool is a globally renowned and scientifically validated psychometric assessment, developed and launched in Australia. It is designed to identify the key constraints affecting business leaders.

In the Vision and Values Workshops the Leadership Team works together to create that aspirational Vision that they can be truly aligned to, underpinning this with powerful, authentic core Values.
The program consists of a Profile Feedback Session for all participants as well as a Vision and Values coaching session. Two half day team workshops jointly facilitated by Leadership Coaches.
