How our Leadership Coaching works?

Integrity and Values leadership coaching follows a tried and tested process that includes psychometric profiling, agreeing key outcomes, challenging existing behaviours, introducing new habits and practices and encouraging coaching of others. We have used and refined this process over more than twenty years supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and elite sporting professionals realise and achieve new levels of success.

Step 1 – Complete the Leadership Profile

Take your first step and complete your Integrity and Values Leadership Profile. This uncovers your relationship with 20 fundamental leadership traits, identifies your current role as a leader and how you rank in relation to thousands of other leaders.

The Integrity and Values leadership profile has been independently validated and is recognised as a world class leadership psychometric tool. One of our accredited profile interpreters will then review your results and discuss your profile with you as part of a powerful and insightful personal feedback session. This will clearly identify both your leadership strengths and potential areas for intervention and development.

Step 2 – Meet with a Leadership Coach

Based on your profile we will assign you a Leadership Coach to match your profile. Your Leadership Coach will meet with you to discuss your results in detail, explaining the key metrics and how they can be used to refine and predict future performance. Together you will create an action plan for addressing your agreed areas for development and attention. Our diverse team of leadership coaches boast extensive backgrounds in Senior Management, Corporate Sales, Hospitality, Marketing, Startups, Retail and Financial Services. You can be assured that as they work with you they will bring all of their vast experience to your coaching relationship.

Step 3 – Begin a Leadership Coaching Program

The next step is to select the coaching package that suits you. Integrity and Values coaching programmes may last up to twenty four months and each programme requires a minimum commitment of four months with two personal coaching sessions each month. Your Integrity and Values leadership coach will work closely with you to identify your core values, vision and personal goals. They will then identify and develop the critical new behaviours required to achieve these goals. Your leadership coach is committed to working in partnership with you and will maintain an environment of trust and confidentially at all times.



We offer powerful workshops on communications, integrity, vision, leadership, team dynamics and core values. These may range from half day to three days and are tailored to suit your specific needs. Our workshops are highly engaging, and are designed to ensure all participants walk away with a clear understanding and immediate learnings that can be applied in the workplace.
