If there’s a strong fit, you’ll complete a Leadership Profile—a 35-minute online assessment measuring 20 leadership traits across 6 clusters on a 1–10 scale. You’ll then review the results with a Master Coach in a dedicated feedback session. Not a summary. A clear, in-depth interpretation of what the data reveals, what it means for your business, and where the biggest opportunities sit.
