The process at Integrity and Values involves our clients undertaking the Integrity and Values Leadership Profile. This was developed by our CEO, Jennifer Elliott, in 1999 in collaboration with Dr Elizabeth Allworth. This one-of-a-kind psychometric tool allows us to find out who you really are, what is important to you, and what behaviours you can develop to achieve your goals. This profile focuses on 20 critical leadership traits.
We work with you one-on-one or in small work groups in order to define your purpose. Our team will work with you so you can utilise your strengths, find belief in yourself, and get you running where you want to be. We also deliver workshops and our CEO and founder, Jennifer, is often a guest speaker for many organisations looking to inspire at events and conferences.
