With integrity at the heart of everything we do, we seek to empower leaders to become game-changers in their organisation and society. Integrity and Values came about in 1991 – the brainchild of Jennifer Elliott, current CEO. In the first two years, we focused on delivering public workshops. From there we went on to deliver in-house, ‘long-term’ leadership change programs, the precursor for our current offerings. Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has developed the intellectual property and construct of these programs. Most notably, she created a one-of-a-kind psychometric tool – the Integrity and Values Leadership Profile – hand in hand with Dr Elizabeth Allworth, who verified the data and undertook relevant research. Integrity and Values was one of the first companies to put a profile online in 1999, and it has been used by some 15,000 leaders. Jennifer Elliott is the founder of Integrity and Values, and is acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading executive management and organisational change specialists. Her passion for the human dimension of the change process has led her to create a powerful leadership psychometric tool that is validated and used today across various industries.
Jennifer has first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to build a business, having owned and operated her own successful companies, and built and led her own high performing teams. For her contribution to developing leaders in business throughout Australia, Jennifer was a Telstra Business Women of the Year Award Winner in 1997.
