Leadership In Action Program

Program Overview

The power of the Integrity and Values Introduction to Leadership in Action Program lies in the two-pronged approach. This includes Group Workshops and personal 1:1 Coaching. Spaced repetition gives all individuals an opportunity to experiment with and learn from the models they are given.Personal Leadership

The Introduction to Leadership in Action program provides participants with a clear picture of what it takes to be an effective leader and manager, allows them to see what their current skill level is and sets out a pathway for them to improve their skills. The coaching and online lessons reinforce the learning in the workshops and allow us to set specific goals and hold participants accountable.

Personal Leadership

1:1 coaching supports the individual in resolving personal issues about their management style in a completely confidential arena. The coach encourages, challenges, supports and brings relevant and necessary issues to the participant’s attention in order to improve both their personal and business success.
