Leadership In Action Program
Program Overview
The power of the Integrity and Values Introduction to Leadership in Action Program lies in the two-pronged approach. This includes Group Workshops and personal 1:1 Coaching. Spaced repetition gives all individuals an opportunity to experiment with and learn from the models they are given.
The Introduction to Leadership in Action program provides participants with a clear picture of what it takes to be an effective leader and manager, allows them to see what their current skill level is and sets out a pathway for them to improve their skills. The coaching and online lessons reinforce the learning in the workshops and allow us to set specific goals and hold participants accountable.
1:1 coaching supports the individual in resolving personal issues about their management style in a completely confidential arena. The coach encourages, challenges, supports and brings relevant and necessary issues to the participant’s attention in order to improve both their personal and business success.
