I am now responding to the call of the many hundreds of business leaders with whom I have worked over the past 19 years.  The question they most asked me is, “How do people outside my executive team get access to this amazing learning?”

You see, 97% of my leadership work has as been delivered “in house” to teams of business leaders and executives.

My big stumbling block was there are some things that I believed could only be learned when you are part of a real team. So what I had to do was give up the silly idea that all of the leadership skills and learning available in this 18 month in house program could only be learned “in-house” in a business team.
