Jennifer Elliott is known as one of Australia’s leading executive management and organisational change consultants. For the past seventeen years she has worked with executive management teams across Australia, delivering workshops and on going coaching services. Jennifer’s main interest is in the human dimension of the change process. The power of her work brings real and lasting change that can be observed and measured in the organisation.
Jennifer has been a business owner for over thirty years. Unlike many consultants, she has operated her own successful, million dollar companies, leading and building her own teams. With an impressive sales and management history, she knows what it’s like to struggle to make a pay role, paid the price for not confronting a management issue and suffered cash flow problems because of stock held up with shipping.
In 1997 Jennifer was recognised for the work she has done over the years in developing people in business, by winning a Telstra Business Woman of the Year award.
She is the founder of Integrity and Values.com, an organisation is dedicated to assisting businesses in maximising the potential of their people through effective leadership skills. She recently headed up a research project into Integrity and Leadership this project is a world first and has as an end product developed an Integrity Profiling system which is available on line. The tool can be used in Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Redeployment Planning, Management Development, Pre-employment screening and Mentoring.

Jeff Muir has been in business since 1978, building from the ground up a highly successful, adventure training and tourism business. He sold the business in January 1998 after 16 years. He knows the trials and tribulations of being in business for the long haul and brings this knowledge to his presentations.
